Welcome to arcanasophia.com (the “Site”), operated by Arcana Sophia, a nonprofit corporation (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Site, purchases of products and courses, and any donations made. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 2. Products, Fulfillment & Return Policy

2.1 Physical Products (Clothing, Books, etc.)
We offer physical merchandise through third-party fulfillment partners, including Printful. Orders are processed and shipped directly from these providers. Because we do not inspect items prior to delivery, we rely on these partners to fulfill orders accurately.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. To request a return or replacement, please contact us at [insert email] with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or buyer error unless otherwise required by law.

2.2 Digital Downloads
All digital products (including but not limited to downloadable files, ebooks, or audio content) are final sale and non-refundable. If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the problem.

2.3 Courses (Self-Paced and Live)

Self-paced courses: All sales are final once access is granted. No refunds will be issued unless access was never delivered.
Live courses: Refunds may be granted only if the course is canceled by us or substantially modified. If you cancel your enrollment at least 72 hours before the first session, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

2.4 Donations
Donations made through the Site are non-refundable, except in cases of error (e.g., duplicate transaction) or as required by law.

3. PAYMENTS, PRICING & TAXES

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments through secure third-party providers, including Wix Payments, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Payment information is processed securely and is not stored on our servers.
